| Each session is one hour long. Warm-ups should be performed before the actual session unless instructed otherwise by your personal trainer. The sessions may consist of strength training using resist-a-balls, bands, pulleys, medicine balls, and traditional equipment, core and abdominal training as well as some flexibility included in the session. Sessions will be designed specifically for you depending on your medical and exercise history as well as your goals.
What to wear and bring:
Wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, shorts, windpants, lycra, etc, and sneakers. Always bring your water bottle and a towel. |
