Registration Procedures
- Registration for all Swim Lesson programs can be processed in person.
- Registration is based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
- No registrations mailed to the club will be processed.
- Temporary membership cards will be issued upon registration and must be shown at the front desk upon admittance.
- For a full refund, cancellations must be reported at least 5 days prior to the start of class.
Registration Forms
- To save time, use the link below to download the appropriate registration form to complete your paperwork prior to coming into the club on the Registration Date.
- The form below may be completed and brought in by a friend or relative on the Registration Date if you cannot come in yourself.
- Consider having two forms ready for registration in the event that your first choice of class is filled when your reach the registration table.
- Please make checks payable to: "The New England Athletic Club" or "The N.E.A.C." For a chart of rates for multiple participants, click here.
