Babysitting Services


Guidelines
  • Your child must be 3 months of age or older.
  • Only children of members can use the babysitting services.  
  • Parents must check in at the front desk before bringing their child in to the babysitting room.
  • Children that are sick may not stay in the babysitting room. If your child has a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, cough, cold-like symptoms, a contagious illness or is not well enough to go to school, we ask that they not be brought in.
  • Your child will not be released to any other person other than the person who signed them in, unless other arrangements are made with us in advance.
  • Food or gum is not allowed in the babysitting room.
  • Children may bring in covered cups with beverages, please remember to label their cup.
  • We are not able to sit and hold infants while they have their bottle.  If your infant can hold the bottle they may do so.  We can also prop up the bottle for your child if you like.  
  • Please label bottles and diaper bags.
  • We do not change diapers.  If your child needs to be changed we will come get you to change them.  
  • If your child becomes disruptive and unmanageable we will ask you to take them out of the babysitting room.
  • We are not responsible for lost or broken articles.
Sick Policy
For the health of all the children and staff, children that are sick are not permitted in the babysitting room.  If your child has any of these symptoms or issues we ask that they not be brought in. 
  • Fever:  Child must be free of fever for 24 hours
  • Green discharge from nose:  If your child’s nose has green discharge, their nose needs to run clear before returning to the babysitting room.
  • Antibiotics:  Your child must be on antibiotics for 24 hours before returning to the babysitting room.
  • A Contagious Illness
  • Diarrhea:  Child must be free of diarrhea for 24 hours before returning to the babysitting room.
  • If your child is home sick from school they may not be in the babysitting room.
