The Starter Pack The tools you need for a happy, healthier YOU!
The
Starter Pack consists of two one-hour New Member sessions with a
personal trainer followed up by a complimentary personal training
session. During the two appointments we will design a new exercise
program to help make it more efficient and effective! Then, six weeks
after your last appointment, we will meet to assess and train you in
your first One on One Personal Training Session.

Session #1
Focus: Assessment, goals and program design |
Fitness Assessment Room: * Health and Exercise History and Blood Pressure * Goal Setting & Workout Schedule * Exercise Programming - one of the following will be addressed in your session: -Design a specific program including cardiovascular, strength, core, & flexibility. -Modify and review your current program. (please bring program with you) * Facility Orientation
Floor Workout: * Warm-up – Cardiovascular exercise (5-10min) * Integrated Strength Exercises – perform various strength exercises based on your goals * Discuss your next workout and the expectations after your workout

Session #2
Focus: Implement programming |
Floor Workout:
* Brief Review of session #1 * Cardiovascular Warm-up – prior to beginning session #2 if possible * Resistance program review and completion. * Core and Flexibility program review and completion * Program Progression & Developing a fall-out plan * Briefly discuss the personal training options and your future.
*All orientations are valid for three months. | |

| One-on-One Personal Training Session
|
Focus: Assess current program; personal training options |
Fitness Assessment Room: * Evaluation of your current program * Discussion of your goals
Floor Workout: * Introduction to NEW exercises taking you to the next level. * Discussion of your future exercise program utilizing our NEAC Personal Training Program.
