The NEAC is happy to accommodate your party space needs! Whether your next event is your child's birthday, a Scout meeting, or a church function, we can design a package that's right for you! Let our Party Planners put the fun back into your event by providing easy set-up, stress-free clean-up and additional supervision. Here's how it works: You can choose from four spaces within the club, at $60.00 per hour, two hour minimum, $75.00 deposit due one month in advance to secure the space. Pool - have your little ones swim to their hearts' content! Studio - dance & celebrate with your brought-in food & decorations, but with our tables & chairs Athletic Court - shoot hoops or play volleyball & burn off some of that energy! Conference Room - enjoy lectures or hold meeting in this perfect "off-site" choice for small groups Birthday Pool Parties For groups up to 10 children; ($5.00 for each additional child) A lifeguard is required for pool parties with children attending who are under the age of 8 years. Lifeguard fee is $35.00 per hour. We regret that we cannot offer lifeguarding for 1/2 hour pool sessions. A Pizza package is available for an additional $7 per child (minimum 10 people) You may bring ice cream or cake of your own. We offer use of our freezer if needed Corporate Meeting Our conference room is able to hold approximately 20 people for "white board" lectures or approximately 12 people needing a conference table. Incorporate gym usage into your visit for the perfect opportunity for team building. Project Graduation The NEAC has 6 years experience providing area schools with a safe graduation celebration experience. Book ahead and know that your school is allowing graduates to choose a prudent alternative to house parties or other unsupervised celebrations.
