CLASS POLICIES
•    Please be on time for class.  If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, for your safety and consideration of others, you will not be allowed entrance into class.
•    All coats and bags must be placed in a locker or put in the coat room.  Coats and bags left on the studio floor create a fire hazard.
•    Please wear proper footwear which consists of sneakers.  Unacceptable footwear consists of sandals and slip on shoes/sneakers.


Muscle

Exercises to increase your muscle strength, tone and endurance. They also stimulate bone growth, which reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Increased muscle mass also means increased metabolism!
