We offer a wide range of group fitness classes, each targeting specific styles and muscle groups. Read on to find a class to match your exercise goal each day that you work-out!
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Abs Express – fifteen minutes of conditioning exercises for the abdominal area.
Below the belt – a quick strengthening of the lower body and core muscles.
Blast into Bootcamp- A blast of cardio into bootcamp including step, jump roping and resistance training.
Body Pump-The
ultimate in a strength workout. You will chisel and sculpt your entire
body using barbells while jammin’ to some awesome tunes. This class is
"the fastest way in the universe to get in shape”.
Body Pump Express- need a quick strength training workout? Body pump express is a 45min choreographed class targeting the larger muscle groups.
Cardio Kickboxing-Athletic
drills, jabs, cross punches, upper cuts and karate kicks to increase
your cardiovascular strength. Includes an upper and lower body workout
using bags. Handwraps required. Gloves recommended.
Cardio Kick Camp – A Series of kicks, punches, elbows and blocks infused with powerful intervals
to raise the heart rate. A high-energy way to burn calories, work off stress, and have fun.
Chair Yoga – a lower intensity class focusing on balance, strength and relaxation exercises using chairs.
CYCLE –
pedaling on a stationary bike to inspiring music, using resistance (at
your own pace) and visualization to create a real outdoor feel!
Deep Relaxation - Total deep relaxation of the mind & body.
Extreme Body Blast- A energetic combination of hi/lo and step.
FUSION 2010
– a strength conditioning class that focuses on using your own body
weight, while including jump rope, BOSU, matwork, and occasional bag
work to improve muscle tone in all areas of the body.
Killer Core – an intensive and effective fifteen minute class focusing on the torso and lower back region.
Pilates Matwork-This
class concentrates on increasing core strength (abs and back in
particular). Think of it as "lengthening and strengthening” your body.
Step Camp- step moves with intervals of cardio and strengthening.
Step it Up-A variety of moves on, off, over and around a height adjustable step. Concludes with some intense abdominal moves.
Step on It!- Get ready for a solid hour of solid cardio!
Step with a Twist – Advanced choreography of moves all around the step using upper and lower body.
Yoga-Reduce
stress and increase energy, strength, and flexibility with Hatha yoga
postures and stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
Zumba – Zumba is a fusion of rhythms that will have you dancing and smiling with Latin and international dance music!
CLASS POLICIES
• Please be on time for class. If you are more than 10 minutes late
for class, for your safety and consideration of others, you will not be
allowed entrance into class.
• All coats and bags must be placed in a locker or put in the coat
room. Coats and bags left on the studio floor create a fire hazard.
• Please wear proper footwear which consists of sneakers.
Unacceptable footwear consists of sandals and slip on shoes/sneakers.

Exercises to increase your muscle strength, tone and endurance. They also stimulate bone growth, which reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Increased muscle mass also means increased metabolism!
